Do Not Let Pests Take Over Your House

Light, warm air, moisture, and food all attract pests. The smell of a dead bird, rat, insect, or nest in a wall, as well as that of a sour mop or spilt materials, is nearly impossible to withstand. In the shadows of wall cavities or crawl spaces, they look for safety and refuge.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
The effect of the pest control treatment will last for approximately 3 to 6 months.
Pest control or Pest treatment is a preventative effort. Pest control does NOT focus of pest elimination or eradication, it is more about control or reduction in pest activity. So, after a pest control treatment you may see a pest or two here and there.

For pest control to take effect, it can take up to 4 weeks. You will see reduced pest activity after a pest control treatment.

For general pest control treatment, normally the tenant pays.

For specific pest control treatment for rats, mice, ants, spiders etc, please talk to your property manager or real-estate agent.

Baiting involves placing bait stations that attract and poison pests, while spraying involves applying chemical treatments to affected areas.

Baiting is often used for pests like ants and termites, whereas spraying is common for insects like spiders and cockroaches. In instances where we can’t find the nest, we bait the trail so the pests can take it back to the nest.

After treatment, it’s important to avoid the treated areas (both indoor and outdoor) until they’re dry. We recommend NOT to mop the edges and skirtings for 1 to 2 weeks. This helps the product to do its work and stay for a while. You can vacuum the floor, just don’t mop. Keep pets and children away from these areas, and follow any specific instructions given by our pest control technicians. Proper post-treatment care ensures the effectiveness of the treatment

How Does Fine Pest’s Pest Control Solutions Help?

To protect your home from unwanted intruders, pest control is required. However, occasionally pests are given the ability to enter your home and spread several diseases as a result of legal loopholes. Take the appropriate steps and procedures before the pests annoy you.

These cases are severe, and Fine Pest has a team of exterminators with the training, experience, and equipment necessary to manage them. We wear masks and appropriate clothing to combat these bugs and know how to handle dangerous chemicals.

We assist you with maintaining a clean and secure living space. Our pest controllers know practical ways to permanently or repeatedly remove bugs from your house.

You can agree to an annual contract, wherein we will visit your home several times to examine it and provide service. Regular inspections can keep pests at bay and are also cost-effective.
